While his condition was originally thought to be serious, after a series of tests Federline was given the all-clear and discharged from hospital. After returning home to recover with his family, K-Fed visited a cardiologist for a check-up today. A spokesman for the reality show told the Herald Sun: ‘Excess Baggage contestant Kevin Federline has been given the all-clear after spending the day in medical care.’ ‘Kevin and producers became concerned with his extreme pulse rate and abnormal heart beat during a week six challenge of the program. The program medic took the action of calling an ambulance so that a hospital could assess his well-being. ‘After more tests, he was released late last night.’ It was thought Federline might have to pull out of the fat camp reality show after the health scare, but K-Fed seemed confident all was well after his check-up. Seemingly brushing aside the scare, he told waiting photographers in Sydney that he was ‘all good’ and ‘ready to win’ the programme. The spokesman said Federline was expected to return to filming the programme this Friday. When your parents are Britney Spears and Kevin Federline, it’s a given that dancing skills are going to be in your DNA. The ex-couple’s six-year-old son, Sean Preston, proved that he’s following in his famous parents’ footsteps by performing an elaborate dance routine to Peaches & Herb’s hit song, Shake Your Groove Thing. The 30-year-old pop star’s son perfectly mimicked the moves of the avatar in a dance-related video game he was playing. He was so into shaking his moneymaker that he was decidedly displeased when he was interrupted by his little brother. When five-year-old Jayden James tried to get in on the action, Sean pushed his sibling (and his tricycle) away from the television screen. Britney posted the cute video herself yesterday on Twitter just days after posting fun photographs of her sons playing on a trampoline and attending gymnastics classes. She was clearly proud of her eldest child, writing: ‘Preston getting his groove on!!’ The Womanizer singer has been performing elaborate dance routines herself professionally since 1998 as the opening act for ex-boyfriend Justin Timberlake’s former band, ‘N Sync. She wed backup dancer Kevin Federline in October of 2004, but the pair filed for divorce less than two years later. She is now engaged to agent Jason Trawick, who proposed over the holiday season. The pair are said to be planning a low-key ceremony for the nuptials, favouring the idea of a traditional, Southern-style country wedding. According to US reports, Britney and Jason will be shunning the typical Hollywood wedding in favour of a small family celebration, possible in her hometown of Kentwood, Louisiana. Britney Spears is not wasting any time. She announced her engagement over the holidays and rumor has it that she’s going to be tying the knot on Valentine’s Day. Britney will reportedly get married on the Hawaiin island of Maui on February 14 in a small ceremony joined by her close friends and family. Both her boys will serve as ring bearers and Britney will wear an ivory dress. A lot of people have been wondering what will happen with Britney’s conservator ship after she gets married. Well many are saying that the conservatorship may remain in places for Spears’ business affairs, but that she will regain control of her personal wealth. ![]() Britney Spears looks like a lean, mean pop music machine in a new snapshot on the set of her recently-wrapped “Femme Fatale” tour. In the upcoming issue of V magazine, Spears poses with her tour’s team, who she describes as “my second family.” Standing among her assorted managers, security guards and staff, Spears stuns in a pink tank top and black bandage skirt. The star traded in the frumpy Dr. Martens boots she wore on stage for high heels, leaving her looking longer and leaner that she has in years. Her new body is in thanks to trainer Derek DeGrazio, also pictured in the photo. “I have worked with all of them for many, many years so it was fun to see them all together again on the first day of the tour,” Spears says of her staff in the accompanying article. “Everybody was catching up and telling all their fun stories from the past, laughing and just having a good time.” But Spears clarifies that the group is able to get down to business. When asked about the biggest misconception of life on tour, she said, “That it’s a giant, nonstop, never-ending party. I mean, we do have a lot of fun backstage … but it’s mostly a large group of people working really, really hard to put on a great show for my fans.” Spears also took a moment to reveal two mantras repeated over and over on the “Femme Fatale” tour: “You can’t make this (bleep) up” and “No surprises.” It’s fitting that Spears refers to her team as “family,” as one former member of the flock will soon be her husband. Spears recently announced her engagement to former agent Jason Trawick, tweeting a photo of herself showing off a blingy diamond engagement ring. In celebration of the New Year I come with you an mp3 version of “Don’t Keep Me Waiting” acoustic version! Hope everyone is enjoying their day. I am gonna catch up on some missing photos of Britney very soon within the next couple of days.

For 55 hours back in 2004, Britney Spears was married to Jason Alexander. The childhood pals said “I do” on a whim at The Little White Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas, only to have their union annulled less than three days later. Last Friday, Us Weekly broke the news that Spears, 30, was engaged to beau of over two years Jason Trawick. While ex-hubby Kevin Federline told Australia’s TV Week magazine he was “really happy” for the mom of his two sons Sean Preston and Jayden James, Alexander wasn’t exactly thrilled about the pop star’s big news. “I know everyone wants me to be happy about this, but I am not,” Alexander, who is currently training for the World of MMA fighting competition, told Us exclusively. “I think it’s fake and I think people are afraid to say it.” “If you look at all the pictures between them there is no connection,” he added. “They look like they are going through the motions. It seems like a answer to the court thing.” (The singer is currently under the conservatorship of her father Jamie Spears; Trawick once served as the star’s manager.) “Sort of a nice way to sew it all up she marries her handler,” Alexander sniped. “That way she always has someone controlling her. It’s sort of sad.”
Jason, 40, popped the question to Britney, 30, last night at his birthday party. The pop star is said to be debuting her engagement ring this evening to close family and friends. |
