Britney Spears and former husband Kevin Federline have reportedly reached a new custody agreement that will give the “Circus” star more time with their boys.
The 27-year-old singer only has visitation rights to sons Sean Preston and Jayden James, while K-Fed retains sole custody since July last year.
However, according to TMZ, a new agreement has been reached by both camps and has been approved by family law Commissioner Scott Gordon.
The new temporary custody agreement will allow Spears physical custody of her sons more than 50 percent of the time during June, July and August. Their lawyers apparently have submitted a schedule that outlines who gets the kids on which day.
The equal split will go back into effect once her world tour is over.
