LAUGHLINTOWN, Pa. — A Westmoreland County man will go to trial on charges that allege he killed a teenager who was on his way home from a Britney Spears concert.
The crash happened in March on Route 30 in Laughlintown.
Brandon Behie is accused of crashing into the back of a pickup truck.
Behie, 24, faces charges including DUI, Aggravated assault by vehicle and reckless driving.
John Blough, 15, of Somerset County was killed in the crash. He and a group of friends were returning from the Britney Spears concert in Pittsburgh.
